Indusalloy supplies millscale to steel, foundry and industrial buyers across Gauteng and for export. We work directly with mills, weigh every load on a certified weighbridge, and quote the same day.

What we supply

• Standard grade millscale: for sintering, cement and general industrial use. Minimum order 25 MT.
• A-grade (silver) millscale: for applications that need a higher-purity product. Minimum order 10 MT. Specification sheet on request.
• Collection or delivery: collect from our yard, or we arrange delivery to your site.

Innovation: recovering oil and water from oily millscale

Oily millscale is a growing waste problem for steel producers. We have built a thermal-aqueous recovery cell that separates it into recovered oil, clean millscale and recycled process water. In our 3 October 2026 trial, 150 kg of oily millscale yielded 13.4 litres of oil (89 litres per tonne) and 134.8 kg of dried millscale. We are now scaling the process and testing the products in a laboratory. Led by CEO Malerato Lethoko.
